Accufast Lh Ovulation Test Mid Stream 5S Description The Accufast LH Ovulation Mid Stream Test is a single-step, self-testing assay for the in vitro qualitative detection of human Luteinizing Hormone (LH) in urine. It is intended to help predict the timing of ovulation. Ovulation occurs when an egg is released from the ovary. A low baseline level of LH is normally present in urine. Around the midpoint of the menstrual cycle, LH rises sharply to a peak surge. This surge triggers the release of an egg approximately 14 to 48 hours later. Conception requires the egg to be fertilised by sperm during this window, making ovulation the period of highest fertility. This test provides a quick and convenient method to anticipate ovulation. How to use Follow the instructions included with the test kit. Collect urine using the midstream format and read results within the specified time frame. Warnings For in vitro diagnostic use only.
