Description Beechams Cold & Flu Honey And Lemon is indicated for the relief of cold and flu symptoms. Each sachet contains paracetamol and phenylephrine hydrochloride, formulated with honey and lemon flavouring. This product helps alleviate sore throat, nasal congestion, headache, fever, painful sinuses and shivers. How to use Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a cup of hot water. Stir well and drink. Adults and children aged 12 years and over: take one sachet every 4 to 6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 4 sachets in 24 hours. Do not give to children under 12 years of age.
