Bispanol Syrup 60ml Description Bispanol Syrup contains Hyoscine N-Butylbromide BP 5mg per dose. This antispasmodic agent is indicated for visceral spasms, as an adjunct in peptic ulcer disease, for motion sickness, dysmenorrhea, and post-operative vomiting. How to use For visceral spasm and as adjunct in peptic ulcer disease: 10–20mg three times daily. Precautions Use with caution in patients with prostatic enlargement, angle-closure glaucoma, and myasthenia gravis. Interactions Tricyclic antidepressants, quinidine, and amantadine may potentiate the anticholinergic effects of this medicine. Side effects Dry mouth, blurred vision, and constipation may occur.
