Description Epimol-B Baby & Junior is a multipurpose emollient cream containing 10% glycerin. This formulation is gentle on skin and appropriate for everyday use. It contains no artificial colourants and is fragrance-free. The cream is prepared with mild concentrations of cetomacrogol, glycerin, and vitamin B3 to calm delicate skin and provide extended moisturisation for dry skin conditions, including eczema and psoriasis. Glycerin draws moisture to the skin and seals it in, leaving skin soft, smooth, and supple while helping to prevent excessive dryness. Epimol-B Baby & Junior Cream may be used as a soap substitute and for diluting or mixing corticosteroids. How to use Apply as required to affected areas or as directed by your healthcare provider.
