Phenylephrine is a decongestant that constricts small blood vessels to relieve nasal congestion and stuffiness. Bromhexine is a mucolytic that thins and loosens mucus, making it easier to expel by coughing. Description How to use Take 10 ml three times daily for 5 days, or as directed by your doctor. Flemnil Liquid may be taken with or without food, though taking it at the same time each day is preferable. Precautions Flemnil is not safe for use during pregnancy. Please consult your doctor.
