Flugone C+F Tablets 10S Description Flugone C+F Tablets are decongestant tablets used for relief from cold, flu, stuffy nose, sneezing, running nose, and headaches. Each tablet contains a combination of four active ingredients: chlorpheniramine maleate, dextromethorphan hydrobromide, paracetamol (acetaminophen), and phenylephrine. Chlorpheniramine is an antiallergic that relieves allergy symptoms such as runny nose, watery eyes, and sneezing. Dextromethorphan is a cough suppressant that reduces cough by decreasing activity in the cough centre of the brain. Paracetamol is an analgesic and antipyretic that blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain responsible for pain and fever. Phenylephrine is a decongestant that narrows small blood vessels to provide relief from nasal congestion or stuffiness.
