Description Isoryn Nasal Drops provide sustained relief from nasal blockage caused by the common cold, hay fever, sinusitis, and rhinitis. Each 15 ml bottle contains ephedrine hydrochloride 1%. How to use Place one or two drops into each nostril as needed. Do not use more than four times daily. This dosage applies to adults and children over 12 years of age.
