Kwells Kids (Melts) Description Kwells Kids junior travel sickness tablets offer rapid relief from motion sickness. This pack contains 12 melt-in-the-mouth tablets. These tablets are indicated for the prevention and management of travel sickness in children. The melts dissolve quickly in the mouth, allowing fast absorption into the bloodstream. They may be administered 20–30 minutes prior to travel or at the first sign of nausea. How to use Children over 10 years: Take one or two tablets 20–30 minutes before the journey begins, or when nausea starts. Repeat every six hours if required. Maximum: three to six tablets in 24 hours. Children 4 to 10 years: Take half to one tablet every six hours if required. Maximum: one and a half to three tablets in 24 hours. Ingredients Each tablet contains Hyoscine hydrobromide 0.15mg. Caution Not recommended for children under 4 years unless advised by a doctor. May cause drowsiness. Do not use if you have glaucoma.
