Description Lemsip Cold & Flu Sachets Lemon provide relief from cold and flu symptoms, including body aches and pains, nasal congestion, and fever. How to use Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a cup of hot water. Stir well and drink while warm. Adults and children aged 12 years and over: take one sachet every 4 to 6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 4 sachets in 24 hours. Do not give to children under 12 years of age. Ingredients Each sachet contains Paracetamol 650mg and Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 10mg. Also contains ascorbic acid, sucrose, sodium citrate, citric acid anhydrous, saccharin sodium, lemon flavour, and colour (curcumin).
