Description Olbas Oil provides relief from nasal congestion through natural decongestant vapours. A few drops on a handkerchief can help unblock a stuffy nose. The handkerchief may also be placed inside a pillowcase at night for congestion relief during sleep. For more intensive relief, add a few drops to a bowl of hot water, lean over the bowl, and cover the head with a towel. Olbas Oil may also be massaged into the skin for relief from aching. This product is suitable for adults and children from 3 months of age. A gentler formulation, Olbas for Children, is also available for the same age group. Keep out of the sight and reach of children. How to use For inhalation: Place a few drops on a handkerchief and inhale the vapours. For night-time use, tuck the handkerchief into the pillowcase. For steam inhalation: Add a few drops to hot water in a bowl. Lean over the bowl with a towel covering the head to trap the steam. Inhale deeply. For muscular use: Massage a few drops into the affected area. Ingredients Contains essential oils including eucalyptus oil, menthol, cajuput oil, clove oil, juniper berry oil, levomenthol, and peppermint oil.
