Description Otrivine Congestion Relief Nasal Spray provides relief from nasal congestion through a combination of aromatic menthol vapours and the active ingredient xylometazoline hydrochloride. The menthol delivers a cooling sensation to the nose, while xylometazoline hydrochloride works by constricting the blood vessels in the nasal passages to reduce swelling and open the airways. This nasal spray is indicated for adults and adolescents aged 12 years and above. It may be used to relieve nasal congestion associated with colds, hay fever, other forms of allergic rhinitis, and sinusitis.
