Powergesic Plus Gel 30G is a topical analgesic used to relieve acute musculoskeletal pain and osteoarthritis-related joint pain. It helps reduce pain, swelling, and joint stiffness, supporting improved joint movement and flexibility. Description Powergesic Plus Gel is a topical pain relief preparation containing four active ingredients: Diclofenac, Methyl Salicylate, Menthol, and Linseed oil. It is indicated for pain, swelling, and inflammation associated with muscle and joint conditions. The gel may be used for sprains, strains, neck or shoulder pain, muscle stiffness, joint pain, and back pain. This product is not recommended for children under 2 years of age. Diclofenac provides local pain relief and anti-inflammatory action by reducing the production of inflammatory mediators that cause pain and swelling. Menthol and Methyl Salicylate function as local counter-irritants; they create a cooling sensation on the skin and produce superficial irritation that helps alleviate deeper inflammation and pain. Linseed oil contributes anti-inflammatory properties that assist in reducing local swelling and discomfort. How to use Apply to the affected area as directed.
