How to use Use one condom per sexual act. Check the expiry date before opening. Carefully tear open the foil packaging, avoiding damage to the condom. Place the condom on the erect penis, pinching the teat to remove air, then roll it down to the base. After ejaculation, hold the condom at the base and withdraw. Dispose of in a bin—do not flush.
