Wet cough is typically accompanied by chest tightness, bronchospasm, mucus accumulation, wheezing, and difficulty expectorating. Bromhexine acts as a mucolytic, guaifenesin as an expectorant, and terbutaline as a bronchodilator. This combination works by thinning and loosening mucus to facilitate its removal, while also relaxing the airways to improve breathing. How to use Use as directed by your doctor.
