This topical ointment is applied to the chest and throat area to help ease nasal congestion and coughing associated with colds. How to use Rub a thick layer on the chest and throat area, or apply under the nose. Cover with a warm, dry cloth if desired. Use up to three times daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Not for oral use. For external use only. Ingredients Active ingredients: Camphor (synthetic) 4.8%, Eucalyptus oil 1.2%, Menthol 2.6%. Inactive ingredients: Cedarleaf oil, nutmeg oil, petrolatum, thymol, turpentine oil.
