Wellwoman Capsules 30s Description Wellwoman is a comprehensive daily multivitamin developed specifically for women. It combines a broad spectrum of vitamins, minerals, and trace elements with Evening Primrose Oil and Starflower Oil to address the nutritional demands of modern life. The formulation provides all-round nutritional support through key micronutrients. Vitamins B6 and B12, along with iron, contribute to normal energy release. Folate, pantothenic acid, and vitamin B12 also contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. For female health, vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity, while iron supports the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin. The product contains 400mcg folic acid, which contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy. This is relevant for women planning pregnancy or who may become pregnant. For immune function, selenium and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
